MB92 to acquire B+V La Ciotat
MB92 | Barcelona’s luxury yacht service, refit and repair company Marina Barcelona 92 (MB92) is to acquire the 51% share in Blohm+Voss La Ciotat, the exclusive operator of the 200m-long drydock in La Ciotat Shipyard, which is currently controlled by Blohm+Voss, a Lürssen Group subsidiary. The acquisition enables MB92 to merge all of its activities in La Ciotat with Compositeworks SAS, and all employees will be integrated into the new structure.
