Order for two more E-Flexer ships
Stena | Gothenburg-based Stena Line has ordered two more E-Flexer RoPax vessels at Avic Weihai Shipyard in China. The two new vessels, with capacity for 1,200 passengers, will be the seventh and eighth ships in the series and the company has agreed options on four more vessels. The two latest ships, due for delivery in 2022, will be deployed in the ferry company’s own route network and will have a length of 240m, 25m more than earlier vessels in the series. They will have a capacity of 3,600 lane metres rather than 3,100 lane metres....
