Heat Nord GmbH will be presenting its Thermal Antifouling System (TAS) which has been developed to protect box coolers effectively against marine fouling with low operating costs. Pollutant copper anodes and chlorination systems are still used against fouling of box coolers and are contaminating our sea water with harmful substances. These copper anodes assembled with the box coolers pose a significant risk of corrosion for sea chest steel plates too. The first TAS was submitted for a patent in 2000....
