Cyber-security continues to challenge the maritime industry but Marlink plans to unveil a unique new approach to it at SMM 2018. The company is harmonising its existing cyber-security portfolio, which already provides high levels of protection on its global multi-band network with solutions like SkyFile Anti-Virus, firewalls on board and ashore, and remote IT access with software management and monitoring using the KeepUp@Sea platform.
