Real-time cable monitoring system launched
UK-based Indeximate, a company set up to monitor the condition of subsea power cables and prevent failure risks, has launched a new condition-based monitoring platform, called Scattersphere. This will use proprietary data compression technology to access and analyse petabytes of data to monitor reliably subsea cables and any related risks to their operation.
