Wind power system approved
WASP | Following joint development work between Hyundai Heavy Industries, TotalEnergies, and Mitsui OSK Lines, classification society Bureau Veritas (BV) has issued an Approval in Principle (AiP) to the companies for wind-assisted ship propulsion (WASP) on a very large crude carrier (VLCC) and an LNG carrier.
