Workboat engine range extended
MAN Engines introduced the MAN D3872 engine range at SMM in September. Designed for workboats and inland vessels, the engine range comes in specifications suitable for light, medium, and heavy operation. Importantly, the engines meet EU Stage V requirements for Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM). To meet the Stage V regulation, MAN has developed a compact and flexibly installable exhaust gas aftertreatment system consisting of a diesel particulate filter and a selective catalytic reduction system.
