ClassNK awards CCS notation
Ever Top | The 2014-built Neopanamax container ship, Ever Top , has been granted ‘SCCS-Full’ class notation by ClassNK for its carbon capture and storage system (CCS). It is the first ship of this size to have such a retrofit. The CCS installation, designed and developed by Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute, was undertaken at Huarun Dadong Dockyard Co. Ltd.
