Portfolio expansion | Fort Lauder dale-based ACR Electronics, an emergency beacon, safety and survival technology specialist, has acquired United Moulders Ltd (UML), a UK-based designer and manufacturer of automatic and manual lifejacket inflation devices. UML systems are approved for integration into lifejackets manufactured around the world for the commercial, leisure and military maritime markets.
