Design package for wind farm vessel
Esvagt | Norway’s Havyard Design & Solutions, together with several regional subcontractors, have landed a NOK 70 million contract for the design and supply of equipment for number five in a series of wind farm support vessels for Denmark’s Esvagt. The ship will be built at a different shipyard in Europe. Norwegian Electric Systems, in which Havyard holds a stake of just over 50%, will supply the vessel’s diesel electric propulsion system.
