Digitalisation | As the shipping industry transforms, data-driven services and analytics are being brought to the forefront and rapidly adopted. For many companies, data is a sensitive subject. Since this is arguably a new issue for the shipping industry, there are a few questions that keep coming up regarding how data is dealt with in its entirety. Most of the concerns stem from fear of the unknown or the possibility of a worst-case scenario.
