Quick retrofits with laser scanning and 3 D CAD design
Winter 3D | The German engineering company Winter 3D says it is offering a full-service package for laser scanning and 3D CAD design to help retrofit ballast water treatment systems (BWTSs) and scrubbers on board vessels. Describing its procedure, the company says that technicians are sent on board for an as-is-assessment of the current ballast water setup, pumps and piping.
