New BWTS addresses changing requirements
Norway-headquartered Optimarin has unveiled a new ballast water treatment system (BWTS), Optimarin Guardian, available in a range suitable for both large ships and smaller vessels. The new systems have been designed to meet the changing requirements for shipowners and operators as they face higher energy costs and growing geopolitical uncertainties, the company said.
