MACGREGOR | By merging its two Norway-based divisions, MacGregor, part of Helsinki-based Cargotec, has created a new division called Advanced Offshore Solutions. The move was aimed at gaining synergies and improving operations as well as customer service. At the recent Marintec China trade fair in Shanghai, Ship&Offshore sat down with Michel van Roozendaal, MacGregor’s new president, to talk about current challenges for the maritime and offshore industries and the company’s ambitions for the future.
