VICTORIA MATHIAS Designed to transport and install offshore wind turbines, the Victoria Mathias was recently delivered to her owner, German energy company RWE. Built at South Korea’s Daewoo yard, the dual-purpose Victoria Mathias and its sister ship, Friedrich Ernestine, have a number of outstanding characteristics, writes Ralf Witthohn in this edition of our series “Innovative Vessels”.
