MARPOL amendments adopted
IMO | At its recent, 62nd MEPC (Marine Environment Protection Committee) session in London, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted several amendments to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), including mandatory measures to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases from international shipping.
