Thermoplastic pipes boost sustainability
Netherlands-based composite pipe technology firm, Strohm, has supplied TotalEnergies with a thermo plastic composite pipe (TCP) Jumper which has been installed in 1600m-deep waters off the West African coast. The 5.2-inch internal diameter, 340-bar design pressure TCP Jumper was installed on the Egina field with support from a local Nigerian subsea service provider.
