Control system for latest generation DP reference system
Laser technology | UK-based Renishaw has launched a new controller, Fanbeam Controller 4.0, for its dynamic positioning (DP) reference system, Fanbeam 5. The latest control system has a new software interface and a range of reliable, intelligent, automated features with advanced user modes for the best performance in extreme conditions. Features include a more intuitive user interface to enable easy tracking and to identify threats from false observations, fewer controls on screen, bigger buttons, a logical grouping of controls, simple function keys, and large, clear input/output icons.
