Design and equipment supply for new Norwegian trawler
Westcon | Rolls-Royce has won a contract from Norway’s Westcon Yard to provide ship design and a range of equipment for a new purse seiner/pelagic trawler. The shipyard has won the order from Gunnar Langva AS of Ålesund on the country’s west coast, and the 75m-long vessel will be the sixth successive fishing vessel to be named Gunnar Langva by the family-owned shipowner.
