GeoSea takeover of A2SEA completed
Acquisition | Belgium’s GeoSea has completed its acquisition of Denmark-based A2SEA, formerly owned by Dong Energy and Siemens International, following approval from international competition authorities at the end of August. GeoSea is owned by the Dredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering (DEME) Group and specialises in complex marine engineering projects.
