Kotug completes Seaways takeover
Acquisition | Rotterdam-based towage firm, Kotug International BV, has completed the acquisition of Seaways, a family-owned operator of DP2 anchor handlers, terminal and towage tugs, crew transfer vessels and cargo barges. It was founded by Captain Ashish Nijhawan in 1995. Both companies provide support for operators in the rapidly expanding floating facility business, including exploration and production, storage, and terminal services.
