Feeder system launched to supply wind farm components at sea
Rotterdam-based Barge Master, a specialist in motion-compensating systems for the offshore industry, is to receive a capital injection of EUR 7.5 million from the Energy Transition Fund Rotterdam and existing shareholders. The new capital will be used for the further development of the company’s new motion-compensated ‘Feeder’ system which enables the effective delivery of offshore components to wind farm installation vessels at sea.
