With a new flexible hybrid system, Reint jes GmbH presents a resilient propulsion system at the stand that combines two different power sources: an electric motor and a combustion engine (diesel, dual-fuel or gas engine). In the low load range, purely electric operation is possible; in the normal range it is achieved by means of the combustion engine; and in the upper load range, in a head wind or sea,for example, the electric motor can be switched on as an additional booster.
