Ferry company to undertake LNG conversions

Investment | Spain’s Baleària Eurolineas Maritimas SA is to spend EUR 60 million on the conversion of five of its ferries for LNG operation. The company, which runs ferry services between Spain and the Balearic Islands, Algeria, Morocco, Grand Bahama and Florida, will convert the Naples , Abel Matutes , Sicily , Bahama Mama and Martin i Soler over the next two years. Baleària managers are also studying two other LNG projects and the company has two new vessels under construction at Visentini Shipyard in Italy....
