Stand B02-029 Inmarsat is presenting its Fleet Xpress service which delivers Ka-band connectivity to the maritime market for the first time. In addition, Inmarsat will soon be launching its new cyber security solution, to be delivered through Fleet Xpress. Also on display will be Fleet Media, the on-demand maritime entertainment system which brings the latest movies, sports and TV to crews worldwide. Already contracted for over 10,000 vessels since the launch one year ago, Fleet Xpress offers a unique combination of Ka-band connectivity backed up by the mobility and reliability provided by FleetBroadband. This combination guarantees global bandwidth and enables owners and operators to improve business intelligence, enhancing vessel performance and crew welfare.
