Partnership to provide more accurate real-time data
Wärtsilä group company, Eniram, has established a partnership with London-based insurance specialist Concirrus to provide more accurate real-time operational data on which marine insurers can assess risk. In a first for the marine industry, Eniram SkyLight 3.0, a ship and fleet performance monitoring system, will provide shipboard data to an artificial intelligence-based software platform called Quest and developed by Concirrus. Quest collects and analyses connected datasets, “providing insurers with behavioural insight that allows them to better select and actively manage their risks for improved commercial performance,” Concirrus claims....
