New project to tackle slow uptake of fuel efficiency technologies
Engineering consultancy BMT and Black & Veach which specialises in building human infrastructure in energy, water, telecommunications and government services, are to cooperate in a GBP 1.8 million Vessel Technology Assessment System (VTAS) project aimed at tackling the limited installation of energy-saving devices in shipping.
