Classification society DNV GL has unveiled Nauticus Hull V20, the latest upgraded version of its hull calculation software which covers the society’s rules for the classification of ships and IACS Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers. Nauticus Hull V20 provides scope for simplified rule checks and scantling calculations, as well as more advanced tools for finite element structural analysis.
