Cadeler wins Formosa 4 wind farm deal
Transport and installation | Copenhagen-based offshore wind developer, Cadeler, has won a contract with Synera Renewable Energy (SRE) in Taiwan for the transport and installation of 35 Siemens Gamesa 14-MW wind turbines at the Formosa 4 offshore wind farm. Cadeler will deploy one of its M-class wind turbine installation vessels on the project which is scheduled to start in March 2028 and last for about 150 days. The value of the deal is expected to be between EUR 70 and 80 million. The wind farm lies 18 to 20km off the coast of Miaoli County and will span an area of 58km....
