New decarbonisation strategy
London-based energy and marine consultancy, ABL, a division of the Oslo-listed ABL Group ASA, is teaming up with the University of Stathclyde and the University of Plymouth to develop decision support software for maritime users seeking to keep abreast of evolving policy, the status of technological uncertainties, and in light of these, possible decarbonisation strategies.
