Order of special-purpose offshore vessels
C-CSOVs | Cyprus-based Schoeller Holdings and Deutsche Offshore Schifffahrt have set up a joint venture to own and commercially manage four construction commissioning service operation vessels (C-CSOVs) ordered in China.
