New high-pressure fuel pump launched for ammonia
Marine pump manufacturer, Svanehøj, launched a new high-pressure centrifugal fuel pump for ammonia-fuelled engines at SMM in September. The HP NH3 Fuel Pump has a fuel injection pressure of up to 100 bar. Based on the design of the company’s patented deepwell fuel pump, the new unit has a small footprint making it compatible with the tank connection space in an ammonia fuel supply system.
