BUSINESS OFFSHORE CONFERENCE The second Business Offshore Conference (BOC) initiated by the DVV Media Group’s maritime magazines Ship&Offshore and Schiff&Hafen was a big success. Held in late March at the Hotel Hafen Hamburg, it drew some 130 participants interested in current developments, general conditions and business opportunities in the growing offshore market.
