LNG retrofits essential as world energy woes deepen The latest United Nations Climate Change Conference in Dubai certainly made history at the end of 2023 but whether it identified sufficient common ground to align the opposing powerful factions that produce, control, and consume the world’s energy resources remains to be seen.
