New testing site in Bergen opened
Fuel-cells | Norwegian battery specialist, Corvus Energy, has opened a new test facility for hydrogen fuel cells in Bergen. The test area is part of the Norwegian H2NOR project focusing on maritime-certified fuel cell development, in which Toyota is a partner. Corvus Energy senior vice president Product Architect, Thor Humerfelt, commented: “We will test multiple combinations of batteries and fuel cells for various operational profiles, and this is why the test site is so unique and important. In the end, we will have a system that will give recommendations for the vessel’s crew on the most optimal operation.”...
