Offshore growth powers shipbuilding market
SOUTH KOREA The international marine, shipbuilding and offshore exhibition Kormarine 2013 will be held from October 22nd to 25th in Busan, South Korea. In 2011, some 1,200 companies from 45 countries took part in the biennial show, which covered 35,872m2 and attracted about 42,000 visitors. South Korea remains at the forefront of the international shipbuilding market, and the following article highlights the country’s prosperous maritime and offshore industries.
