The next step for offshore wind energy
REPORT The European Wind Energy Association (EWEA), based in Brussels, has published a report on opportunities for deep-water offshore wind farms. Called “Deep Water – The next step for offshore wind energy”, it comprises four chapters: on market potential, design options, deep offshore technologies and recommendations. There is also an annex that describes current floating projects in detail. The following is an outline of the report.
