At this year’s Europort, ZF will introduce its latest addition to the portfolio, the hybrid module. This new hybrid module combines the proven ZF 3300 PTI transmission, which can cover a power range of up to 1,940 kW at 2,450 rpm, with an electric motor (available in 150 kW, 200 kW and 300 kW options). According to the company, the key feature of the propulsion system is a newly developed, unique supporting frame which overcomes the need for a separate base for the electric motor as well as an offset-adjustment coupling....
