SIS and Premas strike alliance
Norwegian software firm Star Information Systems AS (SIS) and compatriot planned maintenance and International Safety Management system provider, Premas AS, have agreed to merge in a deal backed by Oslo-based private equity firm, Longship. The union will create a stronger global entity with offices on various continents, the partners said in a statement.
