Approval and collaboration advance methane abatement
Switzerland-based decarbonisation specialist, Daphne Technology, has won approval for its carbon credit methodology from certification body, Gold Standard. Specifically, the technology has been developed to reduce emissions of methane, a more dangerous greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide. The firm’s ‘Methodology for Reducing Methane Emissions from Combustion Engine Exhaust’ technology is based on the aftertreatment of exhaust gas using Daphne’s SlipPureTM system.
