Optimisation project completed
OSVs | Marseille-based companies, Bourbon Offshore and Opsealog, have completed a six-month project using data-driven software to improve the operating efficiency of 25 offshore support vessels (OSVs). Now, the software will be installed on all of Bourbon’s 104 offshore vessels. Real-time fleet monitoring and enhanced digitalisation of the vessels’ reporting systems enabled Opsealog to identify potential improvements in daily operations which resulted in average monthly savings in CO2 emissions of 45-50 tonnes per vessel....
