Naval construction deal
MoU | Bahrain’s Arab Shipbuilding and Repair yard (ASRY) and Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to build, repair, refit and convert naval and commercial vessels. The agreement is intended to advance the regional shipbuilding sector and strengthen regional cooperation, the parties said. The agreement, signed recently at the International Defence Exhibition and the Naval Defence Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, will see the two companies working together to build new naval auxiliary vessels and port craft with a joint committee to assess the feasibility of each project...
